I received my stand, what do I do next?
One you have received your stand, assemble it according to the instructions attached to the box. After that, you will have sign in to your fusion to pair your screen. Once your screen is paired, create your media and add it to the playlist. Assign the playlist to your screen and you are ready to go.

What happens to the screen if there is not internet access?
Once a playlist is assigned to the screen, it will play with or without internet for the next 30 days. If your internet drops, your screen will continue to play as is. Therefore, we highly recommend setting up the screen before you move it to the show if you are not sure you have internet access or if you are unsure you can get a steady connection.

Can I plug in a USB stick into the screen?
The USB slots are for the keyboard, mouse and other USB input devices. You cannot play directly from the a USB flash drive or external HDD as there are no in-built player on the screen. That being said, Portable USB video players with in-built video players can be plugged in directly to play compatible files.
